People have been speculating for awhile that she would be the youngest billionaire soon and it has finally happened....... at just 21.

According to Forbes, the youngest member of the Kardashian/Jenner clan  is already a billionaire. Her company, Kylie Jenner cosmetics is said to be worth $1b right now. The record was previously held by Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg.
